  Registration Cost 

  • $395 – Institutional Attendee (For individuals employed by colleges, universities, or K-12 institutions. This rate is designed to support academic professionals who attend for education, collaboration, and professional development.)
  • $495 –Vendor / Corporate Attendee (For representatives of companies, consultants, or service providers. This rate applies to those attending in a business capacity, including exhibitors, sponsors, or anyone promoting products and services)

*Please note that registration does not include travel, accommodations, additional meals, or optional activities.

Meals

Please keep in mind that conference rooms are typically on the cool side. Light jacket or sweater would be suggested. The dress code is at least business casual attire for the banquet dinner. Speakers, exhibitors, and sponsors are encouraged to wear business attire as appropriate. Be sure to check the schedule for periodic updates on events.

Several meals and refreshments during receptions are included in the cost of registration. All other meals are at the attendee’s discretion and expense.

  • Wednesday, March 18 – Welcome Reception from 5:00 – 7:00 pm, followed by a by a Banquet.
  • Thursday, March 19 – Breakfast and Lunch.
  • Friday, March 20 –  Breakfast and Lunch.

VAPPA has been able to secure a limited number of rooms at the state of Virginia reimbursement rate. This rate is for VAPPA members who are employed by any school in Virginia. Rooms are limited so please register early please call Kingsmill for these rates.
